Returns and Cancellations Policy

We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at balconycrops.com
By placing an order or making a purchase at balconycrops.com, you agree to the terms set forth as below.

In case you would like to return a product purchased from our online shop www.balconycrops.com, you may do so for a 100% refund within 7 days from purchase/delivery of the product. Having said that, please do ensure that the replacement request meets the following criteria so that the product reaches us in its original and hygienic condition and can be restocked by us.

* Products should not be opened and should be returned in an unused condition.
* The original packaging with all seals, tags and labels should be intact.
* All the spares and associated items shipped with the product should be returned (including any free items).

PLEASE NOTE:

Orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.
Return process will be initiated once we receive the goods.
Return valid only for customers in India.
Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return. Further, the damaged/defective Products must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM ?

STEP 1
Raise a return request to balconycrops@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase/delivery. You can also raise the return request by reaching out to our WhatsApp helpline at +91 730 577 3026
STEP 2
Please put the Product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.
STEP 3
Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will initiate the return. On the other hand, if the Product is not as per the aforementioned conditions, then the returned Product will not be accepted and would be returned back to the customer.

CAN I GET A REFUND ?

We will replace your product. IN CASE YOU DO NOT WANT TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT, THE AMOUNT SHALL THEN BE REFUNDED AS YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. IF THE PAYMENT WAS MADE BY CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD OR NET BANKING, WE WILL REFUND THE MONEY TO YOUR CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD OR NET BANKING ACCOUNT RESPECTIVELY*. TBD

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a up to 7-10 Business Days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

WHEN ARE RETURNS NOT POSSIBLE?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:
Return request is made outside the specified time frame
Product is damaged because of customer use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer the issue with the concerned manufacturer.
Any consumable item which has been used or installed
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
Anything missing from the package you have received including price tags, labels, original packing and accessories.

Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BalconyCrops, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
